Just a quick note to let you in on a great opportunity.



A friend of mine manages a club in the Los Angeles area and has an opening for an experienced executive chef. The manager is interested in an “equity thinker.” Someone that is willing to take over the restaurant operations as his or her own. The property has a number of food outlets and presently has a typical club menu with scattered days of service. It is a perfect opportunity for a rising star to make his or her mark. The package includes a 401k and incentives for cost alignment. What really makes this opportunity great is that the manager doesn’t want to micro manage the operations. All the success or failure is up to the chef and the manager is backing it up with an additional bonus of 10% of any increase in member dining.



This is not a semi-retirement type club job. This club needs a professional who’s a go-getter and offers everything for that individual to succeed.
