All entries and nominations for the 2003 culinary competition event are now closed. 

This years 2003 culinary competition is over, but the awards dinner is still to come. On October 20th, the ACF/Chefs de Cuisine Los Angeles will hold it's annual Presidents Ball in Los Angeles. The gala dinner will feature a video presentation of the competition as well as the official announcement of this years Los Angeles Chef of the Year award and our competitions.

Nominations (now closed) were accepted by a member in good standing of any chef organization.
Nominees Must hold title of sous chef or higher (LA area).  
12 nominees chosen to compete by prior "chef of the year "committee .
Competition format: 1 hour "K-1" category competition

Winner eligible for ACF National Chef of the Year.
Winner will receive airfare, hotel for national competition and $1000 dollars cash
