Spaghetti carbonara - smokey bacon is a kid’s favorite!

Use Neuskie (talk to your Sysco salesman) apple wood smoked bacon

Sauté bacon

Remove fat

Add garlic, onion

White wine & reduce

Cream & Parmesan cheese(omit the yolks for kids)

 

Potato chip breaded and baked chicken

Grind any flavor chips in food processor-not too small

Standard breading procedure

Bake or fry

Garnish plate or platter with chips

-Cheesy goldfish cracker breaded and baked chicken

Grind any flavor cracker in food processor-fine

Standard breading procedure

Bake or fry

Garnish plate or platter with chips

Tempura shrimp with ketchup sauce

Use commercial tempura or use ½ flour & ½ cornstarch ice water and a pinch baking powder (should look a bit thinner than pancake batter)

Mix as for pancake batter

Cut the stomach side of shrimp with small incisions

Crimp the shrimp with fingers to make straight

Dip in batter and shake as placing in deep fryer

Serve with ketchup



Beef dip sandwiches or steak sandwiches

Use Steak-Eze (talk to your Sysco salesman) philly steaks

Cook until done

Put on soft French roll

Stick with toothpicks

Cut in small pieces

Serve with au Jus on the side
